The Recruit and Retain team developed a series of structured interview questions to gain information from healthcare workers about the motivating and de-motivating factors affecting their decisions on where to work. The results from the interviews have been used to direct the development of products and services aimed at supporting the development of a sustainable and high quality health care workforce for remote rural areas.
